Taiwan's Feng Hsin Iron & Steel announced to raise domestic rebar prices by TWD 2,000 per tonne, after registering price drops in 16 weeks in a row. Feng Hsin's rebar price is now reaching a level of TWD 19,300 per tonne. The general scrap purchase price was increased, too. The increase range is about TWD 1,500 per tonne, as the scrap purchasing price is now in a range of TWD 5,100 to TWD 5,700 per tonne. The section prices were remained unchanged.
